Apple Wallet
Your loyalty card in Apple Wallet as well
Iterum creates a web loyalty card. QR enrolment requires a checkbox relating to the privacy notice; name and recovery contact are optional. On a compatible iPhone, customers may add the card to Apple Wallet when available. Staff scan codes to confirm stamps; Wallet displays the card but does not approve visits or rewards. The web card remains available without a pass.
How a customer adds it
Customers first complete QR enrolment by ticking a required checkbox relating to the privacy notice; name and recovery contact are optional. On the web card, if an Apple Wallet button appears, they tap it and confirm on the device.
Availability depends on successful pass issuance and device support. The QR code and web link remain the main route; you do not need to distribute a proprietary customer app.
What happens on a visit
The customer shows their card code. Authorised staff scan it from the Iterum till, record the visit and manage reward redemption at the target.
An easy counter instruction is: open your card, show it to staff, check your stamps. The sequence is also on how it works.
What to check before offering it
Look for the button on a real customer card and test the add flow on a compatible iPhone. If a pass is unavailable, the customer can continue using the web card.
Iterum does not replace Apple Wallet, your till or POS. Staff must confirm visits online.
