How much does Fedelya cost in 2026, and how much is Iterum?

On 16 October 2026 Fedelya publishes five priced plans and one on quotation. Start costs €14.99 a month, Pro €29.99, Business €49.99, Enterprise €99.99 and Infinity €199.99; the yearly licence costs ten times the monthly fee with 15% off, from €150 to €2,000. Iterum Base costs €29.99 a month plus VAT, or €299.90 a year, Pro €99.99 and Premium €109.99, with yearly billing at ten months’ price. Monthly billing can be cancelled any time. The difference that matters most is not the fee but what the price counts: Fedelya caps total enrolled customers, Iterum caps new customers per month, with unlimited total customers.

Which plan do you need with 100, 500 or 2,000 enrolled customers?

With Fedelya the plan depends on how many customers you have enrolled in total; with Iterum, on how many you enrol in a month. For a shop that enrols about 150 customers a month, here is the smallest plan that is enough after one, four and twelve months, at the published monthly prices. It is our calculation on an example, not data from real businesses.

The crossover is clear: while you stay under 100 enrolled customers, Fedelya Start costs less than Iterum Base, at least on the price list; as enrolments grow, Fedelya’s cap pushes you to higher plans, while with Iterum the plan does not change as long as each month’s new sign-ups stay within the threshold.

Example: 150 new customers a month, monthly prices on 16 October 2026 (our calculation)

When Fedelya may be the better choice

Fedelya makes sense if you have few loyal customers and want to spend as little as possible: under 100 enrolled customers, Start costs €14.99 a month against Iterum Base at €29.99 plus VAT, bearing in mind the six-month minimum billing and the unstated VAT. It also suits you if you already run a points scheme on paper or in an Excel sheet: Fedelya imports customers from CSV or Excel with their points, while Iterum describes no import.

Fedelya also offers things Iterum does not: points calculated on the amount spent with the till’s barcode reader, custom POS and e-commerce integrations from Enterprise up, coupons, a reward catalogue with availability and a printable card for people who do not use a smartphone. If you prefer the provider to set up the shop, rules and rewards for you, that is exactly the path Fedelya describes.

Iterum as a Fedelya alternative: where it differs

Iterum’s price does not grow with the customers you already have: on every plan total customers are unlimited, and the threshold only concerns each month’s new sign-ups; past it, sign-ups continue and you get a notice. There is no minimum billing: monthly billing can be cancelled any time from the dashboard.

You start on your own: design the card in the designer before paying and try it for 7 days, with a payment card required at activation. Besides points there is the stamp card, which counts visits with no maths at the counter, and staff use the «Al banco» app in the browser, with one account per team member and no user limit.

In exchange Iterum does not connect to the till, does not import customers from other services, does not handle coupons or printed cards, and under 100 customers its entry plan costs more than Fedelya Start. When a stamp card fits and when a points card does is explained in the guide stamps or points loyalty card.

Fedelya or Iterum: which one for your business?

How you work at the counter and how many customers you enrol matter more than the provider’s brand. Here are the most common cases, read from the public information of 16 October 2026; for specific sectors there are guides for cafés and bars, hair salons and shops.

How to switch from Fedelya to Iterum without losing customers

Iterum does not describe an automatic import of customers from other services: the switch happens at the counter, one visit at a time. Before cancelling, close what customers have almost completed.

  • Export the customer list from Fedelya before cancelling: its home page offers the export «in line with the privacy consents collected».
  • Check when the six-month or yearly billing period ends, so you do not pay for a period you will not use.
  • Set a date and accept both cards for a few weeks: customers close to a reward collect it on Fedelya.
  • From the next visit customers join Iterum from the counter QR code; for the sign and the line at the till follow the plan in how to promote a loyalty card.
  • If you write to customers to announce the change, respect the consent each one gave, with Fedelya as with Iterum.
