A digital card for staff-confirmed gym visits
A gym can consider a loyalty card for visits it defines and staff confirms. With Iterum, the business sets a threshold and reward; the customer opens a web card from a QR code and an authorised team member records a stamp. This is not a membership, automatic access, class booking or session tracking system.
Define which attendance qualifies
A gym floor visit and a completed class may look similar but need different rules. Decide what qualifies, who confirms it and whether a person can receive more than one stamp in a day. These are examples, not access-control features. If staff cannot confirm smoothly, a visit-based programme may be a poor fit.

Test confirmation with staff
Place the QR where a customer can open the card. Authorised staff must scan it to confirm a stamp. Test the journey at a busy time and across shifts. Both customer and staff need a connection. The card alone does not establish that a customer attended a class or used the facility.
Check whether a visit threshold is fair
Members can train at very different frequencies. One threshold may be unclear or make a reward too costly. Start with the real cost of the reward and a rule staff can apply. The calculator offers an illustration only. More frequent attendance is not guaranteed.
