A loyalty card built around your visit rule
Give regular customers a recognisable card and a clear reason to return. With Iterum, you choose the visit rule, threshold and reward; customers open the card from a QR code and staff confirms eligible visits. Explore practical guides for local businesses and 22 illustrative designs to find a style for your shop. Each sector also needs its own rule and operational fit check.
Counter purchases and sit-down meals
A café might define a breakfast visit while a restaurant may count a completed meal. In either case, staff confirms a stamp under the business rule; receipt amounts do not arrive automatically.
- Cafés and coffee shops: counter speed and a clear QR placement.
- Restaurants, pizzerias and sushi: when a completed meal qualifies.
- Bakeries, pastry shops, gelaterias, delis and takeaway: define a visit rather than assuming every purchase counts.
- Wine and cocktail bars: specify the occasion without linking a stamp to receipt value.
Completed services, not booked appointments
Hair salons, barbershops and beauty salons can award stamps after a qualifying completed service. Treatments with different prices and intervals may need different rules. Iterum does not read the calendar or identify which service took place.
- Hair salons: completed service and staff confirmation.
- Barbershops: a haircut or other named service.
- Beauty salons: nails, skincare, lashes, spa and massage with an explicit eligible list.
Fitness and other services: check the fit
A gym or yoga studio can consider only a staff-confirmed visit programme here. The card does not handle memberships, access, class booking or places. A longer interval between other service visits may make a fixed stamp target less useful.
- Gyms and yoga studios: decide when attendance or a completed class qualifies; no booking or class capacity tools.
- Pet grooming: possibly a completed grooming visit, not veterinary reminders.
- Car washing, laundry and florists: check whether an eligible visit is clear; ticket amount and spend are not read automatically.
When a sector design is not a sector solution
Medical, dental, veterinary and professional-services categories exist in the wider platform taxonomy. This loyalty card is not a patient record, clinical appointment or recall system, prescription or treatment tool, or professional case-management system. This page does not suggest incentives tied to care decisions. Choose a dedicated tool when those workflows are your actual need.

Frequently asked questions
- Does a sector design prove that Iterum handles that workflow?
- No. The gallery shows illustrative designs. The workflow described here is a card for eligible visits confirmed by staff.
- Are stamps created from a receipt, booking or entry gate?
- No. Iterum does not automatically read POS, calendar or access systems. Authorised staff confirms visits under the business rule.
