The panel holds visit and redemption records; aggregate analytics and the customer list depend on the plan. Iterum does not replace a POS or promise a particular number of return visits.

Set the look, stamp target and reward in the designer. Preview before activation, then share the card QR code or link.
The staff till records real visits. Authorised staff use a browser; customers do not install a proprietary app.
What the owner panel records
Visits and redeemed rewards remain available as operational records. Aggregate analytics and the customer list are features of plans that include them; check the comparison during activation.
An enrolment is not a repeat visit. To assess the programme, review customers with confirmed stamps and rewards actually redeemed.
What the software does not do
The product manages stamp cards, staff and locations. It does not process sales or replace your POS. Before publishing a reward or programme rule, check the requirements that apply to your business.
