An Android loyalty card that starts with a QR code
On Android, the starting point for Iterum is the web card: customers scan the business QR code or open a link. If Google Wallet pass issuance is available and their device supports it, they may add the card to Google Wallet too. Wallet does not issue stamps: authorised staff scan the customer's code and confirm every visit in Iterum. The web link remains usable when a Wallet pass is unavailable.

The basic Android journey
The QR code opens a short browser form: customers tick a required checkbox relating to the privacy notice; a name and recovery contact are optional. After enrolment they can keep the web card link and show its code on later visits; they do not download your business app.
Enrolment begins with a QR code or link, and stamping needs the staff till to be connected. This is not an offline stamp card.
When to use Google Wallet
If the card shows a Google Wallet option and saving succeeds, customers can find it in their device Wallet. Check availability in the real journey before promising that option at the counter.
If the option is absent or issuance fails, use the web card. Enrolment does not have to stop.
Stamps and rewards stay in the programme
The owner sets the target and reward; staff record visits and redemptions under their own access. Google Wallet is a way to display the card while Iterum keeps the programme rules.
