Beauty salons
A loyalty card for treatments at your salon
A beauty salon can choose which completed treatments earn a stamp. Iterum lets customers open a web card from a QR code and authorised staff confirm an eligible visit. Define included services, threshold and reward before starting: the card does not read your appointment book, treatment duration or the amount paid.
List the treatments that qualify
Nails, skincare, lashes and massage can differ substantially in duration, cost and frequency. Say whether every confirmed visit earns a stamp or only named services count. A booking alone does not count. If the rule becomes difficult for staff to apply, narrow the list.
| Area | Possible eligible visit | Explain first |
|---|---|---|
| Nails | Defined completed treatment | Whether a touch-up counts |
| Skincare | Listed completed service | No price data is read |
| Spa and massage | Named completed treatment | Duration and cost may vary |
Confirm a visit after the service
Display the QR at reception and explain the rule before customers join. When a qualifying treatment is finished, authorised staff scans the customer card and confirms a stamp. Test who can record visits across shifts. Joining and confirming need a connection; Iterum does not replace the salon calendar or management software.
Check rewards against the services included
If one treatment costs much more than another, one stamp for both may make the reward difficult to sustain. Estimate the actual cost of the benefit and consider a simpler rule. The calculator gives an illustration, not a revenue forecast.

Frequently asked questions
- Does the card know which treatment took place?
- No. The salon defines eligibility and authorised staff confirms the visit.
- Does it connect to my appointment calendar?
- This page makes no integration claim. A booking does not create a stamp automatically.
- Does the customer need an app?
- No. The card opens in a browser from a QR code or link, with a connection.
