Digital loyalty card

A digital loyalty card customers can use on their phone

A digital loyalty card puts a paper-style stamp card on a phone. Iterum owners choose the stamp target and reward, share a QR code, and staff confirm visits. Customers open the web card without an app; enrolment requires a checkbox relating to the privacy notice. Name and recovery contact are optional. The 7-day trial requires a payment card.

What it does for a small business

The programme fits places where people return in person: a stamp for a confirmed visit, then a reward at the threshold the owner sets. The web card shows progress; the owner panel records visits and redemptions.

A café might reward a run of breakfasts; a salon might reward repeat appointments. Those are design examples, not promised results. Choose the threshold and reward against your own margins and return frequency.

From QR code to reward

Create the design, number of stamps and reward. Display the QR code at the counter or share the link. Customers open the enrolment page and tick a required checkbox relating to the privacy notice. They may also add an optional name and recovery contact. At a later visit staff scan the card code and record the stamp.

See how Iterum works for the full sequence. Staff confirmation prevents customers from issuing their own stamps; the business controls reward redemption.

Paper card or digital card?

Paper works without a phone and may be enough for a short counter test. A digital card is harder to lose and lets customers check stamps and the reward on their own device.

The choice depends on your customers and staff. Digital enrolment and visit confirmation need a connection. Iterum does not replace your till or POS.

Starting the trial

You can design the card before paying. During activation, choose a plan to start a 7-day free trial. A payment card is requested up front and you pay €0 today. You can cancel from the billing area; the plan details appear inside the flow.
