BEFORE YOU START

The current flow, beyond the video

Customers open a page from a QR or link and must tick the privacy-notice acknowledgement. Name and card recovery contact are optional. After this step, no Iterum app, customer account or password is required.

Enrolment and stamping require an internet connection. Authorised staff confirm the visit: “Instant” describes the illustrated update, not offline operation or an identical time on every device.

Apple Wallet is available only when the pass and device are compatible. Test a real card before relying on it. Aggregate analytics and the customer list are included in every plan; enrolled-customer and active-card limits can vary. The film’s counters are demo data.

  3. 7.74–11.61 s · Paper cards and counts

  4. 11.61–13.55 s · Iterum

    The camera focuses on a counter QR. A link opens and the card appears in the phone’s browser, with “Card ready” and “Apple Wallet, when available”.

  6. 19.36–23.23 s · A confirmed visit

    Staff tap the tablet command to confirm a visit. The customer’s card changes from four to five stamps out of six: a staff-confirmed visit on a demo card.

  7. 23.23–30.97 s · The demo dashboard

    The dashboard, a chart and example counters appear. The numbers are demo data, not results from real customers; dashboard features depend on the plan.

    The illustrated dashboard includes visits, active customers, return rate and rewards redeemed, a returns-over-time chart and recent activity. Filters show “Last 30 days” and “Your city”; “New card” and “Updated now” are visible. Percentage changes are also demo examples, not measurements from your shop.

    Several example loyalty cards illustrate designs and business types. Card names and rewards are examples.
