What does a digital loyalty card cost for your business?

Start the free trial 7 days free · pay €0 today · payment card required on activation

Iterum's cost depends on your plan and whether you choose monthly or annual billing. This page shows prices before VAT, customer and active-card limits, and trial terms. You can design your card before paying. Activating the service requires a payment card: the first seven days are free, then your chosen paid plan continues unless you cancel.

Choose a plan for the customers and programmes you manage

Base, Pro and Premium all include analytics and the customer list. They differ in enrolled-customer limits, the number of active cards and some programme options. An active card is a loyalty programme for your business, rather than an individual customer's card.

Start with how many customers you want to enrol and how many programmes you will run. Read how to create your loyalty card for the counter workflow and use the reward calculator to assess reward costs. Rewards are a separate cost from the subscription.

Monthly or annual: what you are charged

With monthly billing, your plan is charged each month after the trial. With annual billing, the full annual amount is charged once after the trial. The displayed monthly equivalent of the annual plan is for comparison; it is not a monthly instalment.

Annual billing covers twelve months for the cost of ten monthly payments. Prices exclude applicable VAT; checkout shows the total before you confirm. The subscription renews at your chosen billing interval unless you cancel in the billing area.

The free trial and the start of your paid subscription

Designing a card before activation does not start the service trial. To activate the service, choose a plan and complete checkout with a payment card. You pay €0 today and the service trial lasts seven days.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you are charged for your chosen plan at the monthly or annual interval you selected. Read the free trial page and review the summary before confirming.

More locations or requirements beyond the standard plans?

An additional location on the same account follows the owner's plan and has a separate cost. Check its price, payment method and limits in the dedicated flow before adding it.

For requirements beyond the standard plans, ask about Enterprise. This is an enquiry for a quote, not activation of a trial or subscription.

Frequently asked questions

Do the prices include VAT?
Published prices exclude applicable VAT. Checkout shows the summary and total before you confirm.
Does the trial require a payment card?
Yes. A payment card is required to activate the seven-day service trial. You pay €0 today; unless you cancel before it ends, your chosen plan continues at the selected billing interval.
Is the annual plan paid monthly?
No. The full annual amount is charged once after the trial. The monthly equivalent is only a comparison with monthly billing.
What does the active-card limit mean?
It is the number of loyalty programmes your business can keep active. This is separate from the enrolled-customer limit: each customer can use their own card for the programme.
Do analytics and the customer list require a higher plan?
No. All plans include both. Customer and active-card limits, and available programme options, still differ by plan.
