Seven days to try your loyalty card
The Iterum free trial lasts 7 days. You can design the card, choose stamps and a reward, and preview it before activation. To start the trial, select a plan and enter a payment card. You pay €0 today, but the selected plan applies after the trial unless you cancel. Cancellation is managed in the billing area of your owner account.

Before activation
In the start flow, set the card design, stamp target and reward. You can preview the card before choosing a plan and entering payment details.
A free preview is not a permanent free subscription. The service trial begins with activation.
During the seven days
The flow displays your selected plan and asks for a payment card. No first charge is due during the three trial days. The later amount, tax information and renewal terms are shown before confirmation.
Use the time to test the actual journey: display the QR code, open a customer card and have authorised staff record a stamp. Customers do not need to install an app.
Continuing or cancelling
If you do not cancel, the selected plan continues under the terms presented at checkout. To stop, use the billing area before the trial ends and check the confirmation of the change.
