Stampioo and Iterum compared

Stampioo and Iterum do the same job: a loyalty card on the customer’s phone, with no app to download and no paper cards. What differs is the plan limits, the card types, the notifications and the company behind the service. The table sums up what each service states on its public pages on 14 October 2026.

We did not create a Stampioo account or try the service: the information comes from Stampioo’s home page, pricing page, terms of service and feature pages, and from Iterum’s pricing page.

How much does Stampioo cost in 2026, and how much does Iterum?

On 14 October 2026 Stampioo lists three plans, all excluding VAT: Starter at €29 a month, Pro at €49 and Enterprise at €99, with 20% off if you choose annual billing; the calculator on the same page puts annual Starter at €23 a month. Every plan includes unlimited customers and scans: what changes is the number of programmes, locations, team members and campaigns.

Iterum Base costs €29.99 a month + VAT, or €299.90 a year, which is twelve months for the price of ten, and includes 300 new customers a month. Pro includes 1,000 a month at €99.99 and Premium 5,000 at €109.99; every plan has unlimited total customers, and passing the monthly number never blocks sign-ups. The reward you give away is a separate cost: the reward cost calculator shows what it adds to each visit.

A Stampioo «programme» and an Iterum «active card» mean the same thing: your business’s loyalty card, not an individual customer’s card. To compare the limits, look at the number of customers and of people at the counter.

When Stampioo may be the better choice

Stampioo costs a little less. Starter costs €29 a month excluding VAT with unlimited customers; Iterum Base, at €29.99, also has unlimited total customers but includes 300 new customers a month: if you sign up more, nothing is blocked, you get a notice and we suggest Pro at €99.99. The trial is easier too: 30 days with no payment card, against Iterum’s 7 days with a card required at activation.

Stampioo also has features Iterum does not. Nearby reminders make the card appear on the lock screen when the customer walks past the shop, and Pro handles up to five locations and ten team members for €49 a month. If you need these features, Stampioo already has them. Its privacy policy of 3 October 2026 also mentions selling punch cards, balance cards and memberships for businesses that Stampioo has invited; punch cards, as prepaid packages paid at the counter, Iterum handles from the Pro plan.

Iterum as a Stampioo alternative: where it differs

Iterum offers two card types: a stamp card, with the visit confirmed by staff, and a points card, where staff enter the points. Points help when baskets vary a lot, as in a shop or a butcher’s; the two approaches are compared in the stamps or points guide. The Stampioo pages we read describe stamp cards only.

The team has no limit on any plan: each colleague signs in with their own account, with roles and permissions, even with shifts or seasonal staff. Iterum asks the customer for very little: in a phone browser the card is created straight from the QR code, and name, email and phone are optional. Customers who do not use a Wallet keep the card behind its link. Iterum is a service of FIDUS S.R.L., based in Rome.

In return, if you sign up more than 300 new customers a month Iterum suggests Pro, which costs more; it also has a shorter trial with a payment card required and sends no location-based reminders. It always needs a connection to sign customers up and stamp. The steps, from QR code to reward, are described in how Iterum works.

Wallet reminders and messages: what actually reaches the customer?

With Stampioo the card lives in the Wallet: that is where the automatic notifications for stamps and rewards arrive, along with nearby reminders where the Wallet supports them and, from the Pro plan, targeted campaigns. Stampioo says location is handled by the phone’s Wallet services and that it does not store customers’ GPS positions. With Iterum the Wallet card updates by itself after every stamp. The messages you write are 2, 4 or 8 a month per location, depending on the plan; under «Automazioni» (automations) you can also switch on alerts that go out by themselves, for example when a reward is ready or about to expire, and promotional ones reach only customers who gave consent. A Swedish or an Italian provider: what to check before you sign

Stampioo is run by Allvia AB, a Swedish company, and was founded in 2025, according to its About page. Its terms of service, last updated on 24 August 2026, are governed by Swedish law and send disputes to the competent courts of Sweden. The website has an Italian version, but Stampioo’s llms.txt file describes the product as available in English and Swedish: before you sign up, ask which language the dashboard and support use.

Iterum is provided by FIDUS S.R.L., based in Rome, with its website, terms and customer card in Italian and English. In both cases your business remains the controller of customer data and the provider processes it on your behalf as a processor (Article 28 GDPR). A provider abroad is not a problem in itself: what matters is that the contract, billing and support are clear to you.

Stampioo or Iterum: which one suits your business?

How to switch from Stampioo to Iterum without losing customers

Iterum’s public pages do not describe an automatic import from other services, so the switch is organised at the counter. One detail from Stampioo’s terms: when the subscription ends, cards already saved stay in customers’ Wallets but no longer receive updates. That is why it pays to close open cards first.

• Export the customer list before you cancel: according to Stampioo’s llms.txt file, CSV export is part of the Pro plan.
• Pick a date and accept both cards for a few weeks: customers with a nearly full Stampioo card finish it there.
• From their next visit, customers join Iterum from the counter QR code; for the sign and the line at the till, follow the plan in how to promote a loyalty card.
• Cancel Stampioo once the open cards are closed: according to the terms, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• If you write to customers about the change, respect the consent each one gave: Stampioo’s terms make this the business’s responsibility, and the same applies with Iterum.
